Mars is a very important yet intresting to learn about..If you dont know much about this planet then your in luck because thats what im about to tell you about..Some intresting facts about Mars is that it is closely half the radius of the Earth. Mars is also referred as "The Red Planet" because of its reddish appearance which is cause by iron oxide. It also has the largest volcanoes in the solar system. The planet Mars has two moons, called Phobos and Deimos. Knowing thinking that it wouldnt really moons because of it being pretty close to the sun. It is also got its name from the Ancient Roman God Of War. Mars is also the fourth planet from the sun how intresting. Pretty intresting that the climat is pretty similar to earths climate. Its thin atmosphere is mostly made of carbon dioxide. Its pretty much like earth but its only smaller, drier, and colder. Mars is a rocky planet, it is dusty and dry.
